Studies suggest that around six hours of an employee’s weekly working time is lost due to inefficient communication and collaboration. I am a European coach and campaigner who has been amplifying voices of NGOs and green industries for a decade. My experience includes political campaigning, digital marketing and business development. I flourish with initiatives that aim to make our society more sustainable and inclusive. Why you should work with me

Each workshop aims to unleash potential with an approach that is tailored, dynamic and goal-driven. My two colleagues and I can hold sessions in multiple languages and prepare content to meet each group's needs. 75% of our sessions comprise interactive exercises with varying formats. Instead of following outdated lectures, each participant acquires modern tools used in the political as well as corporate world. As a social enterprise, we follow Kaufman’s five levels of evaluation. The goal is to enhance participants’ capabilities, job performance and societal benefits. We offer a follow-up after six months to make it stick.
